This Privacy Policy supplements the Terms of Use. Unless otherwise specified herein, capitalized terms have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.

General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union

Fastinform hereby informs you of the following in in connection with the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) of the European Union:

Controller. Fastinform is the controller of the personal data you provide in connection with your use of the Website and the Related Services.

Purposes of processing; legal basis of processing. Fastinform processes your personal data for the purposes of maintaining your Account and providing you with Related Services (e.g., personalized email newsletters) under the Terms of Use. The processing of your personal data is performed with your consent. The processing of your personal data is technologically necessary to maintain your Account and to provide you with Related Services under the Terms of Use.

Storage of personal data. Fastinform will store your personal data as long as your Account remains active. If Fastinform reasonably determines that continued storage of your personal data following the closure of your Account is relevant to Fastinform’s handling of any legal claim, Fastinform may continue to store your personal data until such legal claim is resolved.

Specific rights; withdrawal of consent. The GDPR provides you with particular rights in connection with your personal data. You have a right to: access your personal data; rectify your personal data; erase your personal data; restrict the processing of your personal data; object to the processing of your personal data; obtain your personal data in a portable form; withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was performed while your consent was in effect. Fastinform obtains your personal data directly from you.
