These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between Fastinform, Inc. (“Fastinform”) and you concerning your use of this website (the “Website”) and certain related services (“Related Services”). By using the Website or any Related Service, you agree to the following terms:

User accounts; email communications. You may register for a user account (“Account”) at the Website. By registering for an Account, you expressly consent to receive email communications from Fastinform. Your Account will allow you to change settings for email communications and to unsubscribe from such communications. Your Account and the email communications Fastinform sends to you are Related Services.

Fastinform may request that you provide or update certain personal information for your Account. You shall provide Fastinform with accurate information in response to such requests. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, your provision of such information to Fastinform constitutes your express consent to Fastinform’s storage and use of the provided information for business purposes.

Fastinform has no obligation to permit an Account to exist for any particular duration. Fastinform may terminate an Account if: Fastinform believes the personal information provided with the Account is false; Fastinform believes the Account is being shared among multiple users; or if Fastinform otherwise determines at its sole discretion that the continued existence of the Account is inconsistent with Fastinform’s business interests.

No representations or warranties. Fastinform provides access to the Website and to Related Services (collectively the “Services”) on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Accordingly, Fastinform has no obligation to ensure that the Services are available during any particular period of time. Fastinform disclaims all representations and warranties concerning the Services, including any representation and any warranty concerning: the accuracy or timeliness of any information presented through the Services; and the merchantability of such information or its fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability. Fastinform has no liability to you in connection with your use of the Services. Liability subject to the foregoing limitation includes but is not limited to damages, special damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, and punitive damages.

Choice of law and forum. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You agree that any lawsuit concerning these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the County of New York within the State of New York.

Entire agreement. These Terms are completely integrated and constitute the entire agreement between Fastinform and you as to your use of the Services. These Terms accordingly supersede all prior discussions and agreements between Fastinform and you concerning the Services.
